HAPA

HAPA was founded in 2019 by the joining forces of independent animation producers in Hungary. They intended to create a platform to discuss the industry’s current challenges and form joint opinions through a democratic process. The mission of the association is to articulate these opinions to the government and funding bodies, to keep Hungarian animation relevant in the 21st century. HAPA is a proud member of CEE Animation and is connected with the major universities in order to secure the future growth of the industry.
